​Owners Lisa Bakke and Mary Gregoire began crafting this idea around 2019. It was born from our annual “sister trips” and a dream to create an oasis in a small town that would contribute to the community by both bringing tourism to the city and by uplifting the existing businesses.

More than just starting a business, we are striving to be part of a new way of doing both business and life. We share a philosophy to be open to unconventional business methods that allow all people to express their creativity.

We are committed to begin our searches for unique ideas in non-mainstream arenas as a way to amplify voices, seek eco-friendly solutions, and harness the power of collaboration with local businesses (wine community, restaurants, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, etc.) and, especially, minorities and women-owned businesses.
